RESULTS PRESENTATION FOR THE 26 WEEKS ENDED 27 MARCH 2026

SPAR shareholders and other interested parties are invited to join Reeza Isaacs (Group Chief Executive
Officer) and Megan Pydigadu (Group Chief Financial Officer) in discussing the Group's financial results
for the 26 weeks ended 27 March 2026 ("Interim Results") via webcast at 09:30 (SAST) on
Wednesday, 10 June 2026 ("Results Presentation"). The webcast can be accessed via the following

A copy of the interim results presentation will be made available on the Group's website at
https://thespargroup.com/investors/ shortly before the commencement of the webcast. It is anticipated
that a recording of the Results Presentation will be available on SPAR's corporate website within 2 hours

The Interim Results are expected to be published on SENS at 07:05 (SAST) on Wednesday, 10 June 2026
